Vintage Designer Shops in Paris

If you’re wanting to buy a secondhand designer item in Paris, there a few places to go! Not only is the Euro and Dollar currently neck-and-neck, but you also get 12% back on a VAT Refund so it makes sense to do your higher end shopping in the EU where you get money back!

My only problem is… These shops just ~feel~ sketchy. I’m sure they are not! However, they do not look as nice as the shops in London. Here are some shops I’ve done major research on and seem to have the best options.

Vintage Paris

Vintage Paris has quite a selection - mostly of Chanel bags. Their instagram is fun, though it doesn’t give you a great idea of their inventory. I also wouldn’t suggest buying anything online with them - this is strictly a visit in-store kind of place.

They have some great Hermes and Chanel pieces, and the store did look clean and very nice.

Collector Square

Collector Square has a wide variety of designer items - bags, clothing, jewelry, home goods, art, etc. You do need to make an appointment prior to visiting because they don’t have everything in the store.

I’ve eyed a few Hermes and vintage Chanel and Celine bags and added them to my original appointment with them to look at in-person.

They offer authentication through the court in France, which is a big deal and trustworthy.

Monogram Paris

Monogram is now my favorite secondhand designer shop in Paris. Their instagram is always updated, their website is great, and I love that you can create a profile and save items to your profile to look at later.

I saved a super cute Mui Mui dress, some Dior shoes, and Hermes bags - I’ll keep you all updated when I make enough money on BV901 to afford them ;)

I will say that there are some other shops, but again, they all seem just a little bit sketchy. There’s Valois, Vide, Luxe Limited, and plenty of others. Just make sure to ask about their authentication process and proof of authentication.
