Dis-Loyalty Program Review

On my trip to Europe December 2024, I decided to stay at 2 hotels in the same hotel group - Dis-Loyalty - and wanted to look up their loyalty program. I’ve always been a Hilton Honors girly, so I was interested to see how this stacked up to Hilton Honors loyalty.

We stayed at The Hoxton, Holborn in London and 25hours Hotel, Paper Island in Copenhagen and both were fantastic.

Price of Membership

The price can be a bit shocking upon first glance. At $216/year or $18/month, it is pretty high for a loyalty membership, especially considering Hilton Honors is free to join.

However, there are plenty of coupon codes online to give you a discount. My membership ended up only costing $98.28 with a code that is now no longer working so I can’t share :(

I did find a 25% off code for you though with: THBDIS25

What’s Included in the Membership

The membership is quite comprehensive and tempting, especially if you live close to one of their hotels, you can utilize it quite frequently!

Included are:

  • 50% off every newly opened hotel within 3 months of it opening

  • 20% off your first stay at each of their 90+ hotels

  • 10% off all return visits

  • 1 free barista made drink every day of the year

  • 10% off your food and drinks at any of their 175+ venues, restaurants, bars

We got 20% off for our London stay at The Hoxton, Holborn, so our total was £361.87/night or £1,085.60, saving us £271.40 for the “Roomy” room grade. We got a free latte each morning and 10% off drinks every evening before we set out on the town.

They also had a massive Black Friday sale, so I was able to secure the Copenhagen hotel for half off. We got their “Gigantic” room for a total of $665 for 3 nights with the Black Friday deal.

So we have already saved more money than what we initially paid for the membership.

Pros

The hotels are great! Both hotels had a ton of locals inside working and chatting and were in incredible locations. They’re opening up more and more hotels across the world and each looks impressive.

It feels as if each hotel is centered around socializing and experiencing the city it’s located in versus enjoying a standard hotel room (though this is not meant to discount the rooms, they are lovely).

Cons

My only complaint is that there isn’t a hotel in this group near me! I would love to be able to utilize the free barista-made drink each day.

I would also pay attention to all of the room details, as some of the smaller rooms are very small and some don’t have windows. So be very mindful of the room you’re booking so you aren’t surprised!
