Nashville’s Best Kept Secret

Arrington Vineyard. Only 25 miles south of Nashville, but feels like a world away! Set in the rolling hills outside of Nashville, this vineyard is co-owned by Kix Brooks, with a “95 acre property that includes 16 acres of vineyards, five tasting rooms, gorgeous views, shaded picnic areas, live music on weekends (April to November), and plenty of free parking. We proudly produce and bottle all twenty-one of our award-winning wines onsite.”

My sisters, boyfriend, and I visited in September 2021 and it was perfect. The weather was beautiful, we sat under a tree at one of their picnic tables, and had an absolute blast. They have food trucks that offer a variety of options, but you are also allowed to bring your own food.

You can also buy bottles of wine or glasses of specialty drinks. We bought a bottle of Riesling ($21) and a glass of the honeysuckle white wine ($10). They also had some Frose.

They have an indoor restaurant where you can sit down and order food, or grab items to make your own charcuterie board or some fresh baked bread (which I got).

Me with my loaf of bread :)

They do offer private tastings and more elevated tastings if you have a group, which would be a great idea for a bachelorette trip! Most seem very reasonably priced.

I will definitely be going back to Arrington as soon as I can! We had the best time here and it is a great experience to drink wine and enjoy nature outside of busy Nashville :)
