Gift Guide for the Germaphobe

We all have that one friend who is constantly aware of how gross and dirty things are (me). Even Post-COVID-19 era, I’ll probably still be wearing a mask on planes and wiping down high-touch surfaces just because…who wants to be sick?

Here are some items you can gift your friends who get really nervous about germs - I like to put my gifts into a pouch they can use moving forward (like the TSA-approved liquids container or a makeup pouch)

Vax Card Holder - Most instances will require you to show your COVID-19 vaccination card or proof of vaccination. To keep your card safe, these plastic holders are great!

Soap Sheets - These smell like linen or gardenias, so that is a nice touch! They dissolve easily in the water and make your hands feel nice, clean, and soft after use! These are great when you’re traveling and don’t want to touch the soap dispenser or even traveling to a location where there may not be easy access to soap.

EO Sanitizing Wipes - I loooove these. The scent is SO nice, and I use these for my hands and on the planes. Planes are full of germs, so be sure to wipe down high-touch surfaces!

Phone Disinfector - Studies have shown that the bins going through TSA are by far the dirtiest items in an airport and while traveling. Whenever I put my phone in the bin, I have a mini panic. These devices use strong UV lights to sanitize and disinfect your phone so you can feel better about touching it so much and having it touch your face.

LifeStraw Water Bottle - LifeStraw protects against bacteria, parasites, microplastics, chlorine, organic chemical matter, dirt, sand, and cloudiness and even improves the taste!

Shewee - Any other pee squatters out there?! The idea of sitting on a public toilet is enough to send me spiraling, and sometimes squatting is just not…great. Introducing: Shewee! I know I have always been envious of the men in my life who can urinate anywhere. The Shewee helps by acting as a funnel.
