Gift Guide for the Fitness Guru

Prior to 2021, you would NEVER catch me working out or trying to eat healthy on a trip. Now, I try to find a balance :) Here are some items I now bring on my trips to help me keep up with my health. Know a fit friend who loves to travel? Here are some good gifts for them.

I like to put my gifts into a pouch they can use moving forward (like the TSA-approved liquids container or a makeup pouch)


Resistance Bands - The easiest and lightest way to get your workout in while on vacation! I love doing squats, arm pulses, and hip bridges with bands :)

Bala Bangles - only 1-2 lbs so they won’t add to your overall weight of your luggage, but great to add if you’re walking a ton, or want to do a quick light weight workout in your room.

On Cloud Tennis Shoes - I have Allbirds, but they do not live up to the hype. OnCloud will help them whether they’re walking, running, or lifting while on vacation.

Travel Blender - I started bringing some of my smoothie staples on trips and just grabbing bananas and making smoothies for breakfast. It’s great, saves money, and helps keep your routine.

Travel Yoga Mat - Who wants to work out on a hotel floor? No, thank you. This travel yoga mat is a great addition to their packing list so they can continue with their yoga flow or pilates lifts :) I did originally have the lululemon yoga mat on here, but have tried a new one by Yogo and LOVED it, so the link now reflects that.
